Do not return anything without contacting us first. If you contact us first we can help cut down on the cost of shipping for the both of us, and your item will not have much of a chance to get lost. First, why do you wish to return it? - Is there a defective disc(s)? If so contact us first. Chances are we can contact the manufacturer and fix the same problem that everyone else is most likely having; sometimes we are not even aware there is a problem until we are notified. Have you tried multiple players? I know this may seem strange to ask, but we have known people to blame it on the disc when there player was really broken.
- Is your case broken? Did you pay for insurance? I would highly suggest it that you pay for insurance on future orders. We are not responsible for the treatment of your package during shipping. If you have then please contact us and we can help you.
- If for some reason you received an item that you didn't order or I got an extra copy of something, DON'T OPEN IT! We apologize for that and it does occasionally happen. We will be happy to get it from you and send the correct item out. Please contact us. Please note that we occasionally run a free item section with a certain amount purchase, we have the right to change your free item in the event that we run out of the ordered free item. So if the item was your free item, but the wrong one it probably means we ran out of the one you ordered. We usually try to put a note in with your package when that occurs, but sometimes it is missed. Please be careful to note when that applies to you.
